Under the Arches

Please read the information below very carefully.

Arrival time

You are welcome to arrive from 9am. Please don’t arrive before this as the organisers need time to set up.

Pitch locations

We will have chalked your pitch location on the floor of the Arches, you are welcome to find your own pitch when you arrive.

Weatherproofing

We have banners which act as windbreaks for the arches, however the area can still be very cold, although it is sheltered from rain. Please make sure you wrap up warm if the weather is chilly.

Pitch positions and sizes

We will be on hand on the day to help you with positioning your stall. Any requests or requirement in regard to pitch location will have been taken into account wherever possible.

We are still strongly enforcing the pitch size in this area and would remind you that you have booked a pitch which can accommodate one single 6ft table. Any stands or rails will need to be placed on top of your table and not to the side or in front.
